I gave birth to a toddler!!!!!! Hee Hee...

In my latest pg dream!

It was a , he was 10 pounds, 8 oz and 24', yes 2 FEET long!!!!!!!! When the Dr. put 'him' on my abdomen, I said to DH 'I gave birth to THAT!?!?!?, he's a toddler!!!'

Meanwhile, at my appt. last night, I meet the 3rd doc in the group - he's looking at my file and then checks Peanut's hb, and says 'found him!' and I said 'OR HER!' to let the bozo know that I don't know the gender - nor do I want to!!! He was like 'yes, or her'...not very convincingly, though!! Of course, I feel like he just confirmed my recent *boy* feelings/dreams.

Then again, I could be reading too much into it!! LOL

Kathi, I'm cracking up reading this!!! My friend had a 'toddler' herself last year -- he was 10 lbs. 3 oz and the funny thing was she heard the dr. say '10 13' and went OMG, how big? and he said 'that's the time he was born, but he does weigh 10 3'!!

I'm hoping my dreams go from somebody breaking into my house (I've had 3 and all 3 times, the men are different looking and I can describe them in a line up if I had to) to giving birth to toddlers. I'll take that over the other any day!!

These dreams are too funny. Here's a quick one from last night... (the toddler one was Mother's Day). DH & I were in Haagen Dazs and the clerk was a bytch...she said it would be about 20 minutes 'til we were served... DH said forget it! I screamed 'I want ice cream!!'...well, we left and when we got outside, DH said 'there's your car', kissed me on the cheek and started walking away!! I was yelling at his back 'what??? I'm MARRIED to you!! Do you think we're dating!? You're taking me home!!'. My poor baby is soooo patient w/ me he'd never do something like that, but I *know* my pg hormones are pushing his limits...my subconscious is telling me he *wishes* he could leave me in the street sometimes!! HEHEHEHE

Elisa: Is there any chance they miscalculated your EDD? I don't doubt that I'll have a big baby... my sister's 3 were 10.5, 10.1 and 9.10!! ( , , )

Debbie: I'm feeling pretty good, thanks! Lots of aches & STILL no sleep!! I'm also swelling from walking in NYC too much! 4 more weeks of work for me!!! YAY!! LIJ Lamaze is fine - 3 classes down, 1 to go. It's informative, but a tad boring (hence, my nickname: Lamazzzzzzzze')...last night we practiced breathing again 'heee, heeee, whoooooo'. DH made me practice on the way home!! Hello!?!? He really thinks he's in charge of this 'operation'.

The latest preggo dream I had my MIL got pregnant I was yelling at my DH 'she's trying to steal my thunder!!!!!'

I ALWAYS had dreams that I was having a boy...so who knows, you may be having a GIRL anyway!

My friend, who was due the same week as me, used to have dreams that she gave birth to a cat...and not the usual way...she dreamt that she pushed the cat out her armpit!!

That was my friend's reality. She had a 10 pound baby and he was about 22 inches long. That's exactly what she said -- she had a toddler.
He is now a month old and weighs about 14 pounds and it about 23 1/2 inches long.

He's so cute though.

I had simliar dreams,,,its par for the course. Enjoy them...it means that you are at least sleeping deep enough to HAVE dreams. ! ( that changes when peanut is born!)
SIGH I remember those days FONDLY!

I had a funny one, I gave birth to a puppy. It came right out of my abdomen and I was so upset. I could not understand why I gave birtht to a puppy. ' I was like I wanted a baby!'

Then I had another one that I was all by myself and a baby girl came out before my husband or Dr. could get there.

Elizabeth!!! Oh. My. God!!!!!! 11 lb 13 oz and 24' - vag*inally!??!?

And I thought my 10 lb 5 oz, 22 1/2' nephew was huge - people were looking at him through the nursery window saying 'OMG, look how big he is!'. Of course the nurses put him next to a 5 lb, 18' girl!! HAHA!!

Now I'm scared.
