I give in.

I wanted to thank everyone who responded to my post last week about being upset with myself and my life right now. I just wanted to give everyone an update on the situation. I'm still feeling hopeless and upset, but I've finally given in to wanting to see someone about my problems.

I've re-started myself onto Phase 1 of South Beach and I'm going to make my first trip back to the gym tomorrow morning.

Thank you again ladies. Right now, you're my only outlet for my issues and it's meant a lot.
