thats awesome, you girls rock!!! I could use all the well wishes I can get. you ladies know how miserable things have been at my current job. My entire staff is job hunting this week. nobody wants to be there if I leave. So I feel wonderful because at least now I know that maybe this will be a lesson to the district manager in how not to treat people. right before the holiday season too.
I just hafta make sure I get out of there because imagine if they all find something before me and I'm stick with no staff going into holiday season?!?!

it feels good that my staff has pretty much said they will follow me wherever I go, if I continue in management. At least THEY appreciate me and my work ethic.
