eta: my job is usually stingy with the raises - but I got the best one i have gotten (considering this is my fourth year working here!!)

Im happy for you. My job cut some of my salary along with others this week. So less money for my wedding now. But thats okay I will get my blessings other ways.

Im looking for another job now. Just what I need to add to my stress with planning right.
