I got a sunburn and now I'm peeling

Does anyone know a way to speed up the process so it's all over and done with before my wedding??

I second this, Exfolliate, Exfolliate , Exfolliate. You nedd to get that dead skin off.

take a hot shower, as hot as you can take, scrub, scrub, scrub then moisturize, moisturize, moisturize

You should be ok -- it usually is a 2 week process. Definately exfoliate with a scrub and moisturize like it is no ones business.

Get a heavier moisturizer like aveeno or Neutrogena Norweign Formula. Also Neutrogena makes a body oil -- use this too!

And neosporian on the really bad parts.

I give you this advise as someone who had given herself sun poison more then once!
