I got my dress today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK now that it is in my closet, I can tell what happened!!! I got the first dress, brought it to Phyllis at Bridal Elegance. When she was going to show me a bustle, she found a hole in the organza layer. Now add to that I started the pill and gained a few and the dress was a bit tight. Well, I brought it back to Davids and exchanged it for a different size!!! My BM and I went over the new dress with a fine tooth comb! And it is perfect! She made me try it on, and I did w/o my bra and I might not need one!!!!! My gosh that would be refreshing! Yay I am so happy, I have my dress back again!

Thank goodness you were able to bring it back for another!!!

Sidenote: I def know what its like to start the pill and gain a few. I have THE most stubborn 5-7 lbs that Ive never had and that refuses to go away!

Do you have any pics of the dress??

I bet youre so psyched to have it with you now!! I would be!

Wow, I LOVE it. The lace is so pretty!!!

I would be SOL if my FH was a lurker!! I go on LIW on his computer, my PC, my laptop and never log out!! Thank goodness he loves surprises and doesnt want to know anything!

Thanks, I was looking for something very classic, something my grandmother would have worn. And my only desire when looking was an embroidered edge train. When it was straight, I never loved it. When I found this one I knew it was the ONE!

I am glad that they let you order a different size!
I know i have tohe 5-7 lbs sitting comfortably on my waist.... they don't want to go anywhere.

thank god they let you exchange it!! I your gown!! I love the lace, it's so romantic!! the bottom of my gown is kind of similar, in that it has a scallop edge- you are going to look gorgeous in that dress!!!!!
