I ordered the Billy Blanks Tae Bo... I have to say I am soooo outta shape! I was working my a$$ off. I hope this stuff really works!

It does really work. I was addicted to Tae Bo for a good two years, and it really whipped me into shape. That being said, you have to get into it and be dedicated (like any exercise) and you will definitely see results!

the tapes are awesome but really tough. i used to work out w/ them and man....... he really kicked my arse.

So you DID get the tapes - good for you! I was completely additcted to Tae-Bo for the year before my wedding and it was so fun that I actualy looked forward to kicking my own arse with the workouts after a while Enjoy!
