I GOT THE CALL...

from Lillette's. MY DRESS IS IN!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY MOLY! I WAS SO NOT EXPECTING THIS CALL SO EARLY! I had actually changed my 'Fake date' to be later so I wouldn't get it early.

WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN?!?!?! does this mean I'll have my first fitting soon? I'm excited and worried all at the same time.

weird, since it's Lillette's! I ordered my dress in early Sept and my BMs in early Oct and they told us it wont come in until 2-3 months before because they purposely stall our orders. This is the first time I've ever heard of anything coming in early from Lillette's!

yeah thats what the owner said to me too. because my FMIL gave them a WAAAAAAAy earlier date (june or july as i recall) and I went in a while later and spoke with the owner...she told me what a bad idea it was to get it that early do to steaming/ pressing and god forbid the dress had been stored where there was any moisture. she pulled my order up and changed the date to later. she never mentioned that they had ordered it already so

That's Great! Congrats! If possible, i'd postpone your first fitting for a couple of months??

Def. go try you gown on and get some pics. You should have your first fitting 4-6 weeks before big day (at least what I was told).

i felt a lil shocked myself when i got the call considering it was at the begining of the yr; yes they will need you to try it on and pay for the rest of it if you havent done so alreadie... I was actually glad in the end that it came in soo early because they had to order a bigger size cuz i was having some spiledge in my boob area..

don't do any fittings until two - two and half months before your wedding. Your body can change.

I am happy for you that your dress is in. I would deff. try it on and take some pics though
