I Got the Call!!!!

My dress came in today (Demetrios at Smith Haven Mall). Two months early! They told me it would be in in September. My wedding's not til December!

Going to look at it next week (I live in Stamford and work in the city), but too afraid to try it on! Have so much weight to lose.

Coincidentally, I posted earlier today about personal trainers - hours before I got this call. Crazy.

Don't be discouraged! Just don't have them start altering it yet.

My dress is supposed to be in by August 1st. I step off a cruise boat that morning...I'm not trying it on, no matter how badly I want to because I know I'll be bloated. If I do go, it will be to look over the dress since it was custom made, I'm not going to let them even begin alterations until mid-August. Now if it comes in before I leave in a week and a half that's a different story.

This is good news though, go try it on, it will motivate you too, just don't let anyone come near you with a tape measure!
