I got the call yesterday.... my dress is in!! I am SO nervous to go see it! Here is the thing though and I need everyone's help! I just joined weight watchers (last week) and I am trying to lose weight... I am afraid that my dress might be snug if I try it on now.... do you think I should go soon to try it on anyway or wait a few weeks to see if I can lose any weight first??? AH!

If u can I would say hold off if u can only because I know when I did weight watchers I lost the most weight the first few weeks.

If you are just going to try it on I say go...It may motivate you to go harder and loose the weight. You are not doing alterations or anything right now are you?? I only say this because I recently tried on my dress I have at home and I hated how my back looked in that dress and I know I have to go hard at loosing that weight now so I am much more discipline now lol

How exciting! I'd try it on now but NO ALTERATIONS! See if it fits and if its snug, calculate how many inches you have to lose. Maybe it'll give you motivation. If it fits, still figure out how many inches you need to lose to get to where you want to be!

I am going to call my salon tomorrow (they are closed today) and find out when I can come in! I was thinking of going the week of the holidays bc I'll have off then to go... wahoo!!!

I would agree with going to see it, try it on and then figure out some goals from there. How exciting though! Brings you one step closer to the reality of being a bride.

Definitely go soon! You might surprise yourself. My dress just came in too, it was an ordered size 6 and it was too big!!! I thought for sure that wouldnt be the case!!! Good luck & congrats!
