Well I got the phone and the guy set it up for me I thought He told me I could use it right away Tried all night Called virgin this morning. Told the girl you gotta help me other wise tonight I will go to the store and ring his neck She fixed it and now it works

Good that they fixed it-sometimes they are silly with the phones-though when we got out phone we were told it would work within 24 hours
