8 days to go, and just got three cancellations. We paid our final balance on Wednesday.. I knew I should have given less than our real number. Ughhhh

Do RH usually give a refund since it's in advance that we know they're not coming, or is that just lost money?

u might want to give them a call and say that you reread your list and it's actually X amount and apologize for inconvenience - see if they will refund you or give you something extra the day of

I just emailed our BM. I'm hoping we get refunded, if not like you said, I'm going to ask for something extra for CH.
