i had a carrie and big wedding moment on my big day
so many things happened that day that were really annoying and kinda made the day a little sucky. but this was the worst and i just thought i'd share so we can laugh about it.
i was ready a little bit early, and me, mom MOH and dad were waiting around the house so we didnt get to the church too early. My dh called my mom and said he was running late but that he had to stop at my house for something and that we shouldnt leave. My mom reluctantly told me that, and then i started freaking out. what if he needed to see me before the wedding to make sure that we were 'ok'? all i could think about was Big sitting in the limo telling carrie 'turn around.. look at me'.
then i proceeded to have a 15 minute hyperventilating session (my really really tight dress contributed to that also). what if he sees me thru the curtains? what if he breaks up with me through a note? i was totally freaking out.
so he comes, and drops off a card and a gift. it turns out he wrote the sweetest card and gave me something from vickys secret to wear that night.
i could have killed him.
