Tonight I visited...Casa Di Mario shoes in patchogue because some one on here mentioned to go. The people there who were working were soo rude,... There was only one other customer there and two people working. No one came over to help us and when I asked a question i got a very snippy response.
When I walked out...I Mentioned to the lady that I came her because someone on here recommended the place and now I have something negative to write about you on LIW's.
I just could not believe how rude they were...
Had to vent...

Some people should just not be in retail. I second Sandy's in Massapequa. I have been there a few times and they have always been helpfull.

cannot do the on-line shoes...having knee surgery March 7th so I want to try it on and make sure it is feels good and fits good.

Ditto I just went there and I found a pair within 5 min. I told her what I was looking for and that was it. I give them a A++. You can also return them in 30 days. Quick turn around for dying I think it is 2 weeks.

There is also a place in Sayville on Main Street. Of course I don't know the name of it but it is a little bit past the main shops and if you are heading west it is on the left hand side.
They have a good selection and they are nice people (at least they were the few times I was there).

i agree....i hope they were just having a bad day....my family and i have shopped there for years for special occasions and never had a problem

I went to Rhea Nichols in Rockville Center - nice selection, helpful sales people, and dying is included with the cost of the shoes (which is comparable to on-line prices).
