I had a scare yesterday!!!

we went to the emergency room yesterday.

my FH had an asthma attack (he just found out he has asthma). He woke up with difficulty breathing and chest pains........they hooked him up to oxygen for few hours....he was just lying there helpless....it was so scary..I thought I was gonna lose him....but everything worked out fine and he is ok and back home.....

Cherish every minute you have with your loved ones because life can stop in a split second.....

Unfortunately he is.... he smokes a pack a day!!! he promised me he will quit!!!

Unfortunately he is.... he smokes a pack a day!!! he promised me he will quit!!!

I figured...Mike smokes a pack a day as well...his brother in-law ended up in ER during his b-day party bc of that...the man started turning blue on us! He couldnt breathe! He was diagnosed with beginning stages of emphysema...Im not trying to sound like Debbie Downer but it took him to end up in ER to finally stop smoking...

to your FH and make sure he quits! I gotta work harder on getting mine to stop...he doesnt smoke in the house so that cuts down a little but it still is a lot!

OMG, that is definately a scary situation! Glad to see he is feeling better

Thank God he is okay! It's such a helpless and scary feeling to have someone you love go through something like that and not know how to help.

Exactly!!! Well said Sylwia!! After we left the ER he promised me that he will quit....I don't smoke and I will try all my best for him to quit......he did have a rude awaking after being in the ER for five hours.....
