I had Lasik done yesterday...

and I just got back from my check up and I'm seeing 20/15

Its a whole new world out there compared to the 20/400 I was seeing yesterday!!!

congrats! im really jealous! i had wanted to do it for a really long time, and had the extra $$... now i have to wait until after the wedding

congrats! I had the PRK done and I was 20/200 in one eye and 20/300 in the other and I see 20/10 now! Your vision might even get better than 20/15!!

I know... it hasn't even been 24 hours yet and they say it will keep improving over the next 6 months... Crazy!!! I love it.

Thats awesome, that reminds me, I actually have to make and eye appointment to get contacts....and learn how to put them in! I hate that I have to stick my finger in my eye!! I hope I'll be able to do it!

that's awesome!! where did you get it done? and what is price range if you don't mind me asking. i am SO blind and i am SOOOO tired of wearing contacts and glasses. i've been wearing glasses since 4th grade (should have got them earlier) and i HATE it!!!

YAY! I wanttodo i as well. I went through teh consult etc. but its 5g i need to look around for a better price. Ill be doing it after the wedding since im now almost 3 months away! AHHHH

I went to Dr. Hatsis of Hatsis Laser Vision in Rockville Centre. He was recommended to me by a co-worker and her cousin that both had it done by him. He is awesome and the staff is great as well. It cost $3900... I financed it through Carecredit so it came to $83/month. I'll pay it off much quicker after the wedding. Soooooo worth it!!!
