I had my BEAUTIFUL shower yesterday!
Hi Gals!
I had my shower yesterday, and it was beautiful and nicer than I could ever have imagined!
My mom and sister (my MOH) went above and beyond for me in the planning, thoughtful details and the delicious location.
It was at Filomena's and everyone RAVED about the food. It was a sit down meal - starting with the hot antipasto, choice of macaroni, then choice of entree, and dessert. Wine and Soda was on the table - and it was really the nicest shower I have been too! (I told my sis and mom they did too much! )
But it was great; this is the first time I have been excited and happy about the wedding (because of all that happened with FH's mom). My closest friends and family were there (all of whom were so very generous with the gifts) and I had a great time. MY BP was also great helping out.
(Everyone is right though, those four hours passed by SO quickly! I looked at my watch and it was three hours since I came in, and it felt like ten minutes!)
Just wanted to share with everyone; because you all understand the joy of it all!
