I just had my first fitting yesterday and it was so exciting! I have to say I'm so happy I LOVE IT!! They need to take a lot in on top and i'm so afraid of it messing up the beading- anyone else in that boat? I hope it comes out okay!
Also, I can't believe how much it cost to take in and hem a wedding dress!!! Then there's the bustle..I thought I was done paying for this dress lol!

I just ordered my dress (!!!!); it's an Alvina Valenta and she can actually cut the top to accommodate different cup sizes so that the top doesn't risk being messed up in alterations. Instead of me having to order a much bigger dress for my large chest, they just ordered it in a D cup. I'm so glad the salon (Wedding Salon of Manhasset) knew that - this was the 4th salon I went to, and the only place that brought this to my attention!

Wow that's great! My dress is Alvina Valenta too (love them!) and I didn't have that option- but I also lost a bit of weight since I ordered my dress last summer and when I was measured it wasn't too big for me!! I guess its a good thing!

Congratulations on losing weight! Even if the dress is a same size, I'm sure you will see the difference. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to get to the gym!

Love her dresses. Trust me they know they're doing and it will look perfect! I needed a good deal taking in too and it looks good.
