and I almost missed it ! My uncle was supposed to take me (bad planning on my mom's part) and he lost track of time and I didn't show up until 2:00 - and it started at 12:00!!
It was a beautiful shower though. It was at La Sorrentina Restaurant in Brooklyn. My BP did a tea party theme - the centerpieces were little ceramic tea pots with flowers in them and the favors were little tea bags and they had little chocolate lollipops in pastel colors in tea cup and tea pot shapes. I got a lot of gifts that I have no where to put so we really have to start looking to move (it was part of the plan to begin with).

did I forget to mention that I'm always right? My mother told me a year ago that my uncle wanted to come to my shower (he didn't but that's another story) so should I have been surprised when he was coming in this weekend to take me to lunch? I remember EVERYTHING! and the man lives in New Hampshire!
