I have gone so long without I just couldn't help it. I didn't order my own meal though, I am splitting with a co-worker. we got a chicken with broc. with white rice and an egg roll each. a cup of ck with broc shoud be like 4 points right? the same thing for the white rice? and what about the eggroll. they small ones.

awwe it's good to treat yourselves once in a while :O)
chix with broc according to ww is only 2 points but that depends what kind of sauce you had it in...
and a pork egg roll is 5 points but if you got something more like a spring roll it's 4 points...
so not so bad...just use the from your flex points this week...
