I hate

my Banquet Manager. He's a piece. seriously. I hate him. He was sooooo great when we booked and now that he has our $ he's an As$.

sorry you're dealing with this. the same thing happened at my bridal shower, the Maitre D was so nice before we booked and then she was just a biatch the day of the shower.

im sorry. Can you call and talk to the general manager? We were having trouble with our BM so we have been just dealing with the GM and its been much better.

I think I may... I mentioned this to FH and he thinks its a good idea. I dont want a BM who is going to be nasty and lie to me.

Def call the GM. I would never tolerate that. You're spending way too much money to be treated like that.
