The only reason why mine are done was because I chaperoned band camp (insert American Pie joke here) last weekend and since I was only a chaperone (I've been doing it for 7 years now), I was able to sit outside with nothing to do and write them out!! Great weather helped too!
I found that if I set a goal for myself (10 - 20 at a time before I got up to do something), it went quicker.
Try that! GOOD LUCK!

I hate that! Don't these people know that thank you cards are done when pictures are received, and that takes well over a month??
I got a lot of grief when thank you cards weren't written out immediately for my engagement party too - My father just died, people! I will give you a proper thank you when I'm feeling better, get over the damn card!

We haven't gotten any grief over it....I mean, we were on our HM for a month...then came back to choose images, etc. But I would like to finish them soon. DH wrote one of his, and I wrote like 25 of mine. I want to be done with mine today....and if im nice, I could help DH

Ahhhh - well I hope people won't B*TCH over the fact that I'm not putting in pictures. They get thrown out, and I've spend way too much money on our wedding.
Side Note: no American Pie jokes here - I went to Band Camp AND played the flute. I'm the butt of the AP jokes
Well - FH and I got 25 done today - I have a few more as a goal, and then I hope to get done 5 per day. I think that's reasonable, but if one more person complains - I'm just going to call them- thank them - and say there that's your damn thank you!!!
Oh and on another side note: a few stiffers - including 2 GM, my MOH (so far) and one of my close work friends whom is my mom's age and I know she wouldn't. - I'm struggling as if I should say something or not. I just don't get it!
