I really want to slam my head into bricks!! I have been on hold since 8:57 AM. The music is aweful!! Im going insane!!!

Not sure if your a Friends fan, but remember when Phoebe was on hold forever and she wouldn't hang up...LOL.

Thats how I feel right now cus I HAVE to talk to someone. Its for work. Im hold on with the transit center. I might start crying. This s*ks soooo bad!!! And I cant do speaker- I tried but my phone is messed up and it didnt work. Oh god this music is beyond bad!!!!!

That happened to me yesterday. I had been on hold for 25 minutes when my lunch came and I had to call a co-worker from my cell and ask her to go downstairs to pick it up for me cuz I didn't want to lose that freakin call!
Worse, you had to keep pressing the #2 button every couple of minutes because otherwise 'we will disconnect your call'
They finally answered about 35 minutes after I called!
