I hate doing this but...

please send out some good thoughts and keep John in your prayers. We go for his checkup today to make sure the cancer hasn't returned. I am a mess right now and am just hoping he is ok.

I appreciate all the good thoughts and prayers we can get.

Thanks ladies. You would think after almost 3 years it would get easier... it doesn't. I am a mess and can't focus. I am leaving at 2 PM to meet him in the city and then we'll see both doctors.
