I hate ebay

Of the 3 items I purchased for FH's birthday, 1 was not as described and has to be sent back, 1 was fine and 1 is missing and I cannot get a hold of the seller. This is so frustrating. All auctions closed and were paid for on August 5th and I only have 1 item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

File a claim or dispute with the seller that you can not find. I am sorry that you are having a hard time!

definitely file a claim, i guess this is the part of shopping online that makes that saying buyer beware true hope everything turns out ok!!

I'm going to file a claim, but I just want the item! I hope there is a resolution soon.

I just opened a claim. Now what do I do? FH's birthday is Friday.

Thats crappy! Did you check their feedback before you purchased? I always make sure they have tons of transactions and MUST be like 96% or higher.

I had to deal with a missing item not long ago. its not fun, i hope you get it resolved soon.
If not, You can request the sellers information and call them. If that fails file through paypal, they will look into the claim and get your money back.
