i HATE it when...

i show people my monogram or anything else wedding-related that has our names on it... and they say, 'it's supposed to be ladies' first'

(looks like Daniel & Lori Beth with a large C behind it.)

yes, i know that! but i like the way it looks and sounds to have FH's name first.

of course then some people feel that they need to argue with me about it... saying that i will regret it - or, my personal favorite, 'well next time you get married do it the other way'

yeah. very funny. just what a bride wants to hear.

so if you don't like it, fine. BUT IT'S MY FRIGGIN MONOGRAM!! so SHUT UP!!

i hear you. but i get crap because FMIL keeps saying that its supposed to be grooms name first. you're only saying that cause its your son!!!!

I'm sick of all of the 'supposed to's' also.
The only thing any thing is 'supposed to' be at your wedding is whatever makes you happy!!

OMG no! i don't even remember you saying that. lol, you have a better memory than me! no i was actually talking about going to things remembered today and a woman shopping there and the guy helping me both said that!
