I hate it when stuff like this happens...

Okay, so I bought season tickets for FI as a wedding gift, and since I wanted to secure the 2006 season, I bought out the rest of the 2005 season. Well, the rep I spoke to gave me the level, section, row and seat numbers on the phone, and low and behold, I receive the tickets today and they are not in the location he told me. It's not completely off, but they are on the other side of the field, 4 sections away and a few seats away from what i was told. It can be a simple mistake, i left a message for the rep and hopefully he calls me back tomorrow.

If it happened to be a mistake, I shouldn't have to pay this printing and shipping fee again, right? Hopefully it was a mistake, I was excited about the original seats he told me.
