If it makes you feel better, FH picked up my laundry on Sunday. Last night I went to put it away and I had someone else's clothes and was missing some of my own....

that's what I get for being too lazy to do my own laundry!

What the h#ll?!?!?! Is there anyone that works there? Did someone throw them away? I know at my laundry they take peoples clothes out so they can use the machines they like...
Something like this happened to me @ Stony Brook in the dorms...except someone went in my machine and fished out all my thongs For days I walked around fearing id see them in a tree around campus....

ok so i went and did some laundry at my coop today. so i put everything in let it was then after that was done i went and put everything in the dryer so i leave for like a half an hour. i go back and get my stuff . so i pull my colors out and fold them. so then i go get my whites and they are gone. socks underwear and my liw t-shirt!!! i was soo upset. who would be nasty enough to take someones underwear and socks! that is gross. im gonna miss my panties and my liw t-shirt. i worked so hard for that shirt. im really bitter bout it. so i had to go out and by brand new panties. but my t-shirt i cant replace lol

Sorry to hear someone needed your underwear that badly!! My goodness!! Our Son, while at West Chester U, had laundry stolen, many of them his favorite tee shirts.While I understand your frustration about laundramats, because Deb's apt. size w/d aren't big enough to do much of anything, a laundramat saved her life last year!! She had been working in her kitchen, when out of the blue, she decided to take a comforter to the laundramat, to wash in a bigger machine. When she returned to her apt. she noticed a hole in her kitchen wall, and the corner of the electical plate was missing. She also noticed, on the wall opposite the kitchen,in her living room, there was plaster dust on her entertainment center, and the stereo speaker seemed to have moved. We thought it might be an electrical problem, and when the maintenance didn't show up right away, Deb called the fire dept. to come check. As the firemen were knocking on the door, Deb exclaimed, ' There's another hole, on the opposite wall!! ' The firemen cut the electric, using flashlights to wander around the apt. Finally, a fireman said he thought it was a bullet hole!!!!!!!! I asked, If it's a bullet hole, where's the slug?' Another guy shined his flashlight on the stereo speaker, and said, 'There it is!!! ' The police were called, and eventually discovered that two guys, playing around with a loaded gun, in the apt. directly behind Deb's, had shot the bullet through her apt. They thought the bullet had entered a block wall. The shooter was charged with reckless endangerment and destruction of property. If Deb would have been in her kitchen, and not at the laundramat, she would have been directly in the path of the bullet. She still has not recovered the cost of a lost stereo speaker, which was taken for evidence. Mary MOB

Spelldizzy you are not alone this happened to so many people in good'ole Stony. I made sure to ALWAYS say with my ish bc of it.

eeww gross!! Why would anyone want someone else's underwear!!???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

or maybe it was an old man or lady and they didnt realize just yet that it wasnt there clothes..maybe??

ummm i think there was a stonybrook bandit....

MY undies were stolen ALSO!

Maybe someone took them by accident. I almost packed someone elses laundry that was right next to mine! Put a sign up about it in the laundromat and see what happens. Thats horrible

i agree that could have happened

def check back later or tomorrow someone might put them back.. unless so freakazoid in your buolding gets off on that gross

OMG! that's horrible! they probably did it by mistake though
