I Hate My BP

Ok maybe not hate but dislike strongly....these girls last year told me they were taking me to Vegas..>everyone was so pysched...now that my sis (MOH) is trying to get it all together...all but 2 said no forget...and one (FSIL) booked a trip to Dominican Republic with her FH (that is a WHOLE nother story!) the month before so she can't take off the next month at the same time...she booked the trip last week when Vegas was discussed a year ago!!

I know its a lot to ask of someone and its ok we are not going, but they all shouldn't have said something they were not really serious about...

oh and forget about returning phone calls to me and getting them to go pick up their dresses that have been in for a month! I feel like they all hate me...LOL

Ok I am done..>I think...for tonight at least...

They don't hate you, i promise. They just seem like they don't realize how important your wedding is. Yes they're allowed to have their own lives, however, they should be paying more attention to ur wedding, espeically the part about picking up their dresses. I'd be as well.

That is terrible...Very selfish too! I hope you can do something extra special here and enjoy yourself!!

We're in similar boats! My BP (all two of them) FINALLY ordered their outfits (which I don't like) last Friday for my April wedding. ***?!?!?! Don't worry, you're still going to have a great bachelorette party regardless of location!

I am thinking Naked men, Alcohol and Manhattan are a killer combination! So what if its not Vegas right???

one of my BMs was kind of giving me a hard time when I told her my shower date because she was thinking about booking a trip with her boyfriend for their birthdays. I was like hellllooo this is why I'm telling you now what the weekend is, so everyone can plan around it in the same sentence she says 'well we'll have to see' she says 'i wont miss it' so I guess time will tell......

Awful, just awful..what is with these girls?

haha dont worry my friends are the same way, we always plan trips and when the time comes people back out we learned to go around it and go with whoever says yes and in the end the other people always regret it, go with whoever said yes who cares you will still have fun or go to ac same thing kind of.

aww im sorry!!! dont feel bad girlie!! ive had similar issues. first my BP dont like each other which makes it extremely hard to get them together hang out ( this is why i dont think i even want a bachelorette party- its just too weird to have everyone together) and second and this one i am very upset over- a BM STILL hasnt let me see her in her gown- she just went ordered it and picked it up on her own- and when i asked to see it she kept making up excuses

the best advice i can tell you is just go with the flow- too late to turn things around
