I hate my job

Why is it that people call for OTHER people in my office to complain about something they need, something they are disappointed about, etc, but when they can't get a hold of that OTHER person they feel the need to talk to me about the problems (and generally give me a very detailed, elaborate, lengthy guilt trip about it)?
HELLO?!? It is NOT my job to have to hear whining and crapping all day because other people here can't do their work in a timely manner and then don't answer their damn phone calls UGH. ANd it is never even anything I could help with cause I don't know how to do everyone else's job (and these callers TOTALLY know that)!

Anyone have a job where they don't need to talk to nasty people all day or any people at all?!? that is what i want!
