FMIL doesn't have call waiting & it drives FH crazy. if he is trying to call her & it just beeps at him he starts screaming like a maniac.

What I hate even more is when I call someone and they don't pick up...and I know they're on the other line because it just rings and rings and no vm. Just switch over for a second and tell me you'll call me back, dammit!!

My parents just recently got it when they switched over to Time warner phone service. But neither of them can figure out how to use it!
