I hate RUDE people

WOW so i just got off the phone with a gyno office and this lady was such a b!tch that i wanted to jump through the phone and punch her.

i changed dr.s cuz this office was HORRIBLE and they sent me a bill to transfer my records. so i called to inquire and the 'office manager' talked over all my questions and hung up on me! i was mad about the fees so i asked questions and apprently she didnt like that and hung up
so i called her back asking to speak with someone higher than her and she said that she is it.
then she played the 'oh i thought our conversation was done so i hung up'. are you kidding?? don t play that game. i demanded her to apologize for being so rude. i asked if she thought it was acceptable the way she handled the situation.

i wouldnt recommend this place to begin with and on top of that now i will tell everyone and their mother not to deal with them.
i'm sorry but when you are going to the doctor the last thing you need is stress from their front desk staff!!

apparently its a law that they can charge up to a certain amount and of course they charge the highest amount. i said 'oh you charge the max, just another way for you to make money huh?' she didnt like that

demand to speak to the doctor himself. HARASS them or find out his email and email him and def let him know about his staff.

better yet, make an appt to see HIM and have a lil chat with him about this and how you're not happy how his office manager conducted herself over the phone and get your medical records.

ugh that is so rude! i wouldnt go back there either...thats so annoying. like sorry if you hate your job but don't take it out on your clients/customers!

the thing is i had a doctor who owned her own practice and i went to her for 7 years and then she joined this group. but then she had a 'falling out' (gee could it be the staff?) and left and never re-opened her practice. so i switched dr.s there and went once and hated them so i switched to a whole new place. i dont even knwo who my dr would be there

she told me they hire someone to come in and make copies for them. and if my folder is in storage then it costs them money to get it out w t f. its not in storage i was tehre last year

sorry you have to deal with this...its the worst...I say you get a bunch of us to go down there and start hulking stuff all over their office then just walk out, see if they like that any...

lol yea uhm... all u really need is ur last few office notes.. and blood work you have had, u can contact the lab and they will gladly mail you copies. u dont need your entire chart. trust me.

really? my chart is 66 pages. they are charging me $50 and i know it sounds miniscule but at the same time to me it sounds like a rip off.. photocopy and mail it...it'll take a half hour. heck i'll do it. i'm saving for a wedding i need that $50!!

are u dealing with a serious medical problem or just routine foll ups? if its just routine stuff..then dont even bother..

if you've had surgery then get the op-report(s)

blood work you prob went to quest or labcorp. contact them.

you dont need 66 pages. and i dont care how amazing your next doc is, he will NOT read 66 pages worth of office notes.

Bad customer service is my biggest pet peeve. I'd make an appointment, or call and ask to speak to ANY doctor in the practice. Most places don't charge for the transfer of medical records. That's insane, and Barb is right, they just need the last couple of times... See if they'll give you a copy if you go there in person.

Will the new practice get them for you? Maybe ask front office there to give them a call. Tell them they're giving you a hard time.

I agree with you on that, HOWEVER, the public (especially those that are sick) can turn any cheerful friendly person into a total b****. Honestly, it can drive you to drink lol.
