I really used to love baseball, but after meeting FH I freakin hate sports (I can't lie I still like baseball... less than I used to). My apt sounds like the freakin Meadowlands with the surround sound pumping and FH screaming. He's TOO into it. He watches pregame shows, post games shows, post post game shows, after game day shows.... I can't.....
OMG my Fh is the same. i love basebal soo much and we a have mets season tickets package, but there are times id like to watch a regular show on TV not just ESPN or the YES network. so we have to watch in seperate rooms. its insane. is ur FH into the AM talk radio also??
OMG mine too!!!! Did ur Fh's just watch the ranger game? I swear i think hes on the verge of crying..he is screaming at the TV and calling everyone he knows yelling that god must hate him LOL
I too love baseball (we have a Mets ticket package) and really enjoy going to the games (totally get into it - and watching the games at home). I will also watch some of the pre-game/post-game shows. However, FH plays Strat-O-Matic and must watch/listen to any game involving his Strat players. I'm a wonderful FW though - I've gone to Strat opening day 2 years running to pick up his cards!

I can't even tell you how many times I've been banished to the little bedroom TV so he can watch sports. He is obsessed with racecars, so we HAVE to pay extra to have the speed channel package and those races are always on all day over the weekend, so its a pain trying to drag him away from the TV to do anything! I love sports too, but he takes it a bit too far. He also has to listen to all the games on the AM radio any time we go anywhere. So annoying sometimes!

oh i know exactly what you are talking about...FH does all the same things, and his favorite show is baseball tonight, but of course he has to watch sports tonight before that lol...On top of that he always listens to sports radio in the car...He is on 4 baseball fantasy teams so hes always doing that AND he also plays softball for a couple of leagues a couple times a week and on sundays he plays 4 games. I still love baseball though but i understand what you are saying lol
