i hate the fact that i will soon be known as Mrs R .... i can't stand FH's mom (especially lately) and don't want to have the same 'name' as her.

surprisingly, considering my FMIL, it doesnt bother me at all... i have never once called her Mrs. Follo so I really cant even associate the name with her! lol

you're soooo not alone. for me it's not because of fmil tho. it's bc fh's name is soooo bad that it has to be shortened to mrs. d ESP if i'm going to be teaching!!! urghhhh
