I hate the word....

I hate the word 'drawer' like dresser drawer, because I always say its in the 'draw' and FH makes fun of me..

I have a few of these words

I hate fiance too...it reminds me of that Seinfeld episode where the annoying lady says 'i've lost my FIANCE' the poor baby'

so Elaine says 'maybe a dingo ate yo baybee'

and twoty too..FH likes to remind me of where we are going in Jan.

im very uneasy calling FH fiance! lol

i don't know why but when my 5 yr old cousin uses the word 'slack' i get really annoyed, he sounds like a 40yr old man telling me the hose needs more 'slack'

My brother and sister-in-law always say 'cocky' to their kids when they are talking about poop. I hate the word 'cocky.' I don't know why, it just really irritates me.

i know it sounds weird--but i hate saying my DH's first name, as well as i hate hearing him say mine.

we NEVER use each other's first names--its always 'Babe'.

so when i hear the words 'Pete' or 'Melissa' i hate the sound of it.

i remember having a conversation in 8th grade, in my history class about words we hated...

the words i remember most from that conversation are as follows:

loaf
moist
slither
dong

drawers

I CANNOT say it plural!!!

I also hate that my Aunt calls fip-flops 'thongs'!
Like she'll say 'I like your thongs' and I start grabing my pants and pulling them up thinking my undies are showing

I don't mind 'husband' 'wife' and 'fiance' being used if they're wife/husband is someone that I don't know...and they're just referencing them.

I hate it when i KNOW the other person....and they all of a sudden start referring to them as 'wife' and 'husband' when until then, they were referring to them by their name. It's like, um...i KNOW who he/she is...you can say the name.

FH and I feel the same way when people we know refer to 'my son/daughter' We know you have a son/daughter, we know their name, so PLEASE refer to your child by the name you gave them!

I actually hate the word fiance too... I was calling him my boyfriend for the longest time, and now I just feel like saying husband, because that is what it feels like to me already!
So I say my husband to be!!

I hate the word tobacoo

since the 7th grade, i haven't been able to properly pronounce the word tobacco...don't ask why, but i feel so self-conscious when i say it because i know it's going to come out wrong
