I hate the word....

Coupon.

I hear that word a lot in my calls to my cases because they want coupons to buy new products.

And my favorite...the Spanish way...

Cou-pones

That word now officially skeeves me out.

I hate the word 'panties'....it sounds like a creepy old man pedophile word.
