UH!!! I have not received my W-2 from them and I have been on the phone for 2 hours just trying to speak to someone. Its all automated and press 1 to continue in english, etc...I have been doing this for 2 hours. Then when I finally thought I got through I get sorry all agents are busy, call back later. UH it took me over 45 minutes to just get to that part. Mind you I am at work and my phone just hasnt stopped ringing. I am ignoring the incoming calls. UH!!!

OMG!!! that happened to me so many times i cant tell you!! its the WORST!! i used to call albany when that would happen and DEMAND someone help me.. that didnt always work, one time a lady hung up on me

OMG
I finally got thru to someone and she was so nice. I had my headset on and she couldnt hear me and I applogized and she was like dont worry I understand. This woman was so helpful and though I was so incredably angry at the situation she was so nice and I felt bad for getting a little snotty at her when she first answered.
