Any way you can get your hands on a copy of a coworkers resume or someone who had the position before you? That's what I have done.
One person actually left their resume on the shared drive here at work!

I hate describing my current job also....if I thought it was so great I wouldnt be looking for a new job...so its hard to remain positive

No, unfortunately the type of resume' I'm doing has a special format - whenever we want to switch over to a new project within the company, we have to submit our company resume' (all the projects that we've worked on while with the company). So I have to talk about all the projects that I've been on for the past year and a half. And what I do is not the same that anyone else has done (similar, but not exact) Good suggestion though!
