I'm unsure- it's only the right one. They say nosebleeds are more common during pregnancy, but don't explain why. For me, my blood vessels are real close to the surface- this used to happen all the time when I was younger.
But it's really just rediculous- cuts into my morning timeslot, and keeps me from starbucks.

I used to get nose bleeds a lot as a kid too, at night when I was sleeping. So you're saying this is what I have to look forward to when the time comes??
