I hate when people call an office and are so unprofessional

I got this girl calling for someone in the office and she is just so unprofessional. SHe is actually a woman but she acts like such a kid. You are a professional act like one. burns my buns

It wasnt what she said it ws her tone and how she said it very sarcastic and like such a kid. As if I was her hired help.
