I totally agree with you Sasha..... especially a recent one about a particular florist, with bad customer service.

a forum is suppose to allow visitors like ourselves absorb and dish out information. minor gabbing here and there (w/o discretion) included but let's face it people.. this website protects the vendors and not so much 'us'. it's a political factor and money always sways the vote. i'm sure the site has a phantom list of screen names they should look out for. i think i just made that list
