Please do not go by my response, it was just that, my response. Please go with an open mind. Like I said it made me feel more comfortable knowing my FH and I have discussed many issues and feel comfortable with eachother to do so!

honestly, the focus is pain, but I found it helpful, and not to intrusive. We've just started pre-cana, and it doesn't bother me, I look at it as a total of 5 hours of my life. Thats it.
