I have a confession to make!!

I played hookie today!! I woke up at 5:30 to get ready for work, saw the snow, heard the plow in the schoolyard next door, saw the temperture of 12 degrees on the tv and said s*c*r*e*w it and called in sick!!! And DH is off today, so we get to spend the day together!!! Bad Boop, Bad Bad Boop!!! Have a great day everyone, Stay Warm!!!

Thats cool...enjoy your day off together. I left the house at 5:30, scraped the snow off my car and Danielle's car and warmed my car off...The side roads stunk, but the main roads werent that bad...until I got on the Northern State and it was like a giant parking lot...I only got to work about 15 minutes late...which doesnt matter cause I was the only one here at that time anyway....

When I heard the wind howling this morning & saw the snow out there, I wanted to turn over & go back to sleep, but I remembered it is a short work week! Might as well start it so that it will be over quickly! Stay warm everyone!

I'm so jealous! I was -this- close to staying home. We have a little pot luck thingy at work today and I agreed to bring some food in, so I had to come in to work. Maybe tomorrow I'll be sick

I'm definitely jealous. It was too damn cold at 6am when I was putting the garbage cans out this morning!

I bundled up like an eskimo before I left this morning. BRRRRRRR!
