I have heard fantastic things about both of those vendors
I would go with who you are most comfortable with since they will be with you the entire day.
IMO Don't look at the $$ amount only

I'm torn as well. Fran is awsome, returns your calls and very efficient. But I'm also interested in Rosalie. Both have my date open, however Rosalie has only contacted me twice, and then there after nothing. Money shouldn't be an object so long as you'll be the least stressed as possible. And thats what I need. Good Luck.

Christine from EAP I can tell from her weddign she on top of things and will be just as good for your wedding
Rosalie Terrible at communicating and very very rude, as negative reviews about her are pulled you may get a different vibe about her from all the 'positive' reviews that are left posted..... i'm speaking from my personal experience.

Melanie TRUST me go with FRan if you want a stress free day and good communication. She is a FULL TIME DOC as the other is ONLY part time and that makes a BIG difference.... as I have experience the HARD way!!!

Since we're on the topic...I REALLY REALLY need to give a vendor (FRAN) rave here bc she just helped me soooo much today. My MOH/BM's and I have been having trouble figuring out what to do for the bach-party..we don't want to go club hopping, don't like strippers and don't have the time to do the out of town (Vegas/South Beach thing-as awesome as that would be). Just based on that she came up with an entire weekend itinerary on what to do and exactly where to do (hotels/spas/restaurants)..should we agree to it she is giving me her contacts at ALL of the places she recommend and I am free to use her name. The email she sent was incredibly detailed and several paragraphs long. Did I mention that she responded to my original email within a couple of hours??? SHE ROCKS!!!
