now I want to cancel altogether.

oh jess, i know exactly how you feel...i have become a very anxious traveler in the past few years....what gets me by is zanax and keeping in mind how tight security has been. you will be fine, have a safe trip sweetie!!!!!

Here's hoping you have a safe flight!!!

Maybe you can call the airline and see if you can change the flight to another one leaving out of Newark of JFK, just in case the flights are still halted? Just a thought.
