I have a kitty cat problem--> desperatly need advice!!!

So, I have a little problem that will turn into a BAD problem if I don't figure out what to do:

We have kittens. 8 of them. Nursing off mama ferral kitty behind our garage. Cute huh? Yea real cute when FH has a crazy akita and 2 sheeba enus roam the backyard, and specifically, that area where they are!!!!!

FH and I blocked them with gates (the children gates) and chairs and garbage pails but they need to leave. FH found them yesterday morning, and I told him that if Mama saw him she would take them and leave. WRONGO. Sizzzzzlee $lut Kitty decided to sit put.

They are freakin so cute but FH's dogs will, bluntly put, KILL THEM.

I need help. Does anyone know a phone number I can call that will come get mama and the babies? Today. Now. I'm willing to pay. They have fur but their eyes are closed.

TIA> HELPPPPPPPPPPP MEEEEEEEE!!!

There is a shelter called Last Hope. I was reading and it says Kittens need to be taken in in the first few weeks of life so they won't become feral (wild). Aparently they need to be socialized first because they can become adoptable. Maybe call them sine they were just born so they can take them in.

I have 7 cats, 2 are strays that have become very friendly. Don't try to move them the mother could get violent.

How high can the dogs jump?

When my kittens were first born (they lived outside at that point), we built a big wall with bricks around them so that they couldn't get too far from the house. If no one will take them, could you buy some bricks, and build a wall around them - taller than what the dogs can jump - until they can walk and run?

If you really need them to go, I will take them. I rescue feral cats and I can take them to my mom's house and adopt them out and get them checked by the vet.

I may take you up on the offer. I spoke to about 13 places this morning, all telling me the same thing...We have too many cats. Its an epedimic.

I am wtg for Valley Stream Cat Rescue to get back to me. If not you may have to be my hero :)

Thank you and everyone so much for the help!

Awww!! That is so sweet of you. I would also love to take them, but I live with my parents and have 2 cats.

You can try All About Spay Neuter, Inc. in Massapequa. I adopted two kittens from them. 516-967-4648. They will NOT put them to sleep!
