literally!! I have two painful lumps on (inside) the right side of my throat. I hate the doctor so I wont go!!! Has anyone had this before??

I've had that before a long time ago. Your lymph nodes are probably swollen and you have a throat infection. The doc will probably just prescribe antibiotics.
If you don't like the doctor, trust me: you will like a lot less what will happen if you don't go. GO!

You were right!! I have a nasty throat infection, which is funny, because my throat isnt really bothering me.

So I have been on t he antibiotics for two days now, and I feel horrible. The lumps are much bigger and now I have a fever and chills!! Should I wait to call the doctor tomorrow or go to the ER today?? I never get sick so Im really worried.

I'm sorry to say, but it sounds like it might be the flu....I'd call the doctor & see what he says. Rest up & feel better.

Call the doc and see if there is a covering doc on tonight. You may have to go to the ER but how high is the fever? Is Tylenol helping? If you get worse you should go to the hospital but I know I would want to wait for my doc in the am..
