I have a migraine ....

I don't get terrible ones ... but every once in a while - like 2x a year - my vision gets all crazy, like this morning about 30 mins ago my periphery vision was pulsating sort of ... and now I am dizzy and a little nauseous and have a tiny headache. Nothing compared to some people who get migraines I know ... but I can't go in the shower or drive so I will have to wait it out ...

I always take my dog out in the yard after I shower, maybe I will take her now instead. thanks

I hate migraines. I get them really bad. I started to get one last Monday when I went to do my menu at Chatear Briand. It is stress related. When the symptoms started I took Advil Cold and Sinus. That really helps me. I hate when my vision gets all weird. Migraines are the worse. I hope you feel better.

Thanks. I do not know why mine come on ... I do not think they are stress related .. they are sooooo few and far between, it's hard to say what causes them. I did think about how I had to clean the apt. right before I got this one, because FILs are visiting this weekend from FL ... maybe it IS stress related ???

It feels a teeny bit better, I should get up and go outside or something. Although I feel kinda achy in my arms too, is that a symptom?

I have never gotten achy but I do get numbness in my hands and arms. Everyone has different symptoms.

Could also be a result of working out my arms yesterday though

I hope it's not the flu!!! I have had a cold for like 1.5 weeks ... very faint and it seems to be going away - i had a sore throat and a bit of a cough, hope it doesn't develop into something worse. I kinda hope this is just a migraine!

i hate migraines...i used to get them really bad all the time..now its just once in a blue moon...feel better

I would just take an excedrin migraine, drink some water and try to sleep it off.

Thanks everyone. I am at work now - my boss is out at meetings and I needed to be here (plus need to save my days for the HM!). The nausea and dizziness is gone, but the headache - right above my right eyebrow - is getting worse. It feels like it's gone sometimes, and then it comes back and hurts BAD. I have a hot cocoa on my desk (I think I heard caffeine makes it better???) and a water, and I took tylenol -- I don't have migraine medicine because I get them soooo rarely.
