I knew all along who I wanted to be my MOH & it's my younger sister. She is away at college & I wanted to ask her before I asked any other bridemaids. I wouldn't be seeing her until Thanksgiving so I mailed it to her apt. at school.
I got her a Maid of Honor tote with a bow necklace (from etsy- dogeared inspired) Made to Honor Essie nail polish, a ring pop, a guide to being a bridesmaid book, and Made of Honor dvd. She loved it!
So now I can finally ask the rest of my girls and groomsmen :)

That's so fun! Sounds like such a cute collection you put together for her. I was in a similar situation...my older sister lives down in NC so I mailed her bridesmaid dress cookie and a personalized card I made down there cause I couldn't wait till December to ask her. It's so exciting to have that moment with people that mean so much to you, enjoy asking the rest of your bridal party!

That's so cute, you are too sweet. My older sister is my MOH but I never asked her, we made a pact like 5 years ago that she'd be mine and I'd be hers so I just told her she was no, no nice presents like you lol
That is so adorable! I haven't 'officially' asked my bridal party yet, even though they all know know they're in it, LOL. But I want to ask them in a special way to make it official.

Love it, just bought a bottle of Maid to Honor polish for my sister after reading this. I asked my bridal party but I keep giving my sister little things just for being my MOH. I can't help myself!
