I have a photographer, and I might have a dress too!!!

This day started out awful (from being woken by an electrical fire scare, and then having the fire department think I'm nuts, to almost hitting a deer, and then watching someone else hit it once it crossed the median, and it didn't stop there)... but now this awful day has finally taken a turn for the better. I may have found a dress (it's a Demetrios dress that very much looks like Maggie Grace, which I'm trying on tomorrow, and it was gorgeous on, yay!), and FH and I booked Duet, and after looking through their albums again tonight, I feel really good about our decision! So, yay!!! Thanks to everyone who helped me with the photographer decision - you ladies are great!!!

Oh, and if anyone has seen this Demetrios dress online, let me know - I'm having trouble finding it.

About the dress- i am not sure what one you are talking about, but CONGRATS on that too

Welcome to the 'Duet Family' yeah!! I am so happy for you. I loved Duet's work and (ok you can make fun) I started to tear watching the video. UGH! I am such a sap.

I don't know which dress the Demetrios is, except to say it looks a lot like Maggie Sottero's Grace. The dress shop said it's style number 4200, but I don't even know which line it is, and I haven't been able to find it online. So, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, please let me know.

As for Duet, I thought they were one of the most reasonable places I've seen, and they are negotiable too, and very nice to work with. We have a custom package for $5200, and we're getting quite a bit. If I remember correctly, there were 3 packages - 1 for about 3500, 1 for about 4600 (2 photographers + a videographer), and 1 for about 5500, but they also do custom packages. And I think they all include video, but I'm not positive about that - definitely the two higher packages did. FM me if you want more info - I know I have the price sheet lying around somewhere.
